News of enterprises-members of CCI: CJSC “Electromash” commissioned a test center for electric motors and other electrical equipment.

Construction and installation works have been completed and a test centre for testing electric motors and other electrical equipment has been commissioned.

CI provides the possibility of carrying out a complex of tests including:

• thermal tests of three-phase motors;
• Climatic tests on moisture-heat- cold resistance;
• Vibration test;
• Test on dust shells.

Along with the test equipment for the determination of electrical parameters of products, the test center is equipped with unique equipment: Thermo hyperbaric TVV 800/2 and climate- hyperbaric CPC-800, allowing to carry out the test for:

• resistance and stability at low pressure;
• test for confirmation of climatic performance of large asynchronous, etc. Motors with a height of axis of rotation up to 560 mm and weight up to 5t.

The commissioning of this Test centre will increase the reliability and competitiveness of the products of CJSC “Electromash”.
