Highest governing body of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Pridnestrovie is a Committee, the main function of which is providing, that the Chamber accomplishes its tasks and goals. The Committee is called to a meeting every 5 year. Extra meeting can be held in accordance with the decision of the Chamber Council, Committee demand or in accordance with the decision of at least 1/5 of all Chamber members. The Committee defines main activity areas of the CCI, accepts regulations of the Chamber, changes them, forms Chamber Council, elects president of the CCI of Pridnestrovie, Vice-presidents and the Committee. The Committee makes decisions on reorganization or liquidation of the Chamber of Commerce and industry of Pridnestrovie.
The Council defines Chamber’s activity areas in between Committee meeting, manages public activity of the Chamber, calls regular and extra meetings, considers applications on companies’ membership in CCI. The Council is called as often as required and cannot be held more rarely than once in a quarter. President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Pridnestrovie as a CEO performs management of the CCI activities, represents its interests in Parliament and Government authorities, in international and foreign companies.
Executive board manages CCI activities between the Council meetings, financial and economic operational administration of the Chamber, reviews problems of the CCI of Pridnestrovie which do not fall under the competence of another administrative body.
