Few days ago, we published an article about the most known goods producers among consumers but didn’t say name of companies. And now we’re ready to say who exactly are popular and loved by the Pridnestrovian.
Having summarized data collected by marketing department of the CCI of PMR on famous Pridnestrovian companies we found out the most famous companies.
TOP-10 famous pridnestrovian companies:
01 Kvint/Terotex – alcoholic drinks/ Textile 78,4%
02 Kamenka cannery – fruits-and-vegetables canned and juices 76,2%
03 Bendery meat cutting plant – sausage products and partially prepared food 71,0%
04 Tigina – shoes 66,7%
05 Tiraspol bread-baking complex – bakery and confectionery products 63,1%
06 Tiraspol dairy plant – dairy products 61,0%
07 Blagoda – sausage products and partially prepared food, dairy products 42,9%
08 Intercenter Lux – cloths 40,4%
09 Aquatir – fish products 39,7%
10 Buket Moldavii /Floare – alcoholic drinks /shoes 38,7%

The analysis of respondents’ answers gives an indication that shoe manufacturers are known better then garment one. Among garment manufacturers in domestic market the leader in fame is LLC business concern “Intercenter Lux”, CJSC “Odema” n.a. Solovyova V. is known a bit less among our compatriots, in the third place is CJSC sewing company “Vestra”. Among shoe manufacturers the most popular are two companies, it’s CJSC shoe company “Tigina” and JSC “Floare”. And 15% of respondents named their combined trademark “Floti”.
Representatives of alcoholic products manufactures are known to consumers much the same as the one already mentioned. The leader in fame among them is “Kvint”, in the second place is “Buket Moldavii”. “Bendery brewery” rounds out the top three. Other producers were mentioned far less frequently.
The knowledge of non-alcoholic drinks among respondents is much lower than knowledge of groups discussed above. Products of Tiraspol bread-baking complex, especially drinking water “Parkanskay” are known the best among respondents.
Pridnestrovians hardly know flour and groats producers, much of respondents don’t aware of manufacturers of this products in our republic at all but if they name manufacturers, they mention JSC “Tiraspol Cereal Integrated Plant”, LLC “Rilla” and LLC “Vetrayk”.
The worst situation, by far, is with vegetables and fruits producers. Only one-third of respondents could mention at least one manufacturer and these are usually peasant farm enterprises.
Almost 70% of respondents are familiar with canned goods producers CJSC “Kamenka cannery”, also quite large number of respondents (around 7%) known about JSC “Canned baby food plant”.
When it comes to fish products companies, LLC “Aquatir” was recalled by 40% of respondents, LLC “Rilla” was mentioned a little bit less by about 30% of respondents.
The results presented are based on date collected during survey of “Buy Pridnestrovian!” fairs visitors in all eight cities of Pridnestrovie. A total number of surveys is 421.
